As 2020 ends you might have a left exchange or want to give a small detail to your loved ones or friends. If you are looking for inspiration, here it is a short list of last minute gifts for the new year.

Something functional and healthy can be welcomed and ignite a good habit for the person you give it to. Chocolates, sweets, cookies and other refined sugar, let's save it for another time.

Tea Boxes: On December 24, in an exchange, I was given an assorted collection of tea. I still feel singular joy in my being having such a collection as a tea fanatic. You can do the same and arrange in an elegant wooden box or artistically wrap (look for ideas on Pinterest) about 4 or 5 types of tea. Instead of a box of rich assorted cookies, give a box of tea: green, black, herbal teas, earl gray, rooibos, chai ... A healthy, sugar-free and comforting drink on these cold days.

Sportswear or accessories: a good sweatpants, a hat, a dryfit shirt, a cell phone holder, gym gloves, dumbbells, a Swiss ball, resistance bands, a sturdy water bottle ... they can be excellent gifts for let that loved one start a healthy lifestyle.

Music: I'm still in awe of Spotify, a Premium subscription can be a great gift to listen to while running, training, studying or relaxing.

A spice kit: a box with jars of thyme, basil, oregano, tarragon, sage, pepper, pink Himalayan salt, ginger, turmeric, curry, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cumin, parsley, coriander.

Spices for planting: seed envelopes to start a small garden in the home garden. Lettuce seeds, beets, carrots, chili peppers, herbs, Jamaica, zucchini ... it can be an edible gift and the start of a beautiful activity.
